NOTE: See post in Genopro Forum and replies from Grand Master regarding Margins not printing.
After a lot of detective work, it appears to be a problem with 2.5.4.1 I could be wrong? Your comments are welcome!
I have tried printing the footer and margins on three different systems unsuccessfully. 1) Windows 7 Enterprise, MS Office 2010, Xerox Printer 2) XP Pro, MS Office 2010, Cannon Bubble Jet 3) Windows XP Pro, MS Office 2007, Epson Printer.
After downloading and re-installing 2.5.3.9, (did not try 2.5.4.0 as knew it worked on 2.5.3.9) the footer and margins can be previewed and printed properly on all three above systems. So, it appears to be a problem with Version 2.5.4.1

Further to above, the IT specialists confirm the problem mentioned above. They have also experimented with different systems confirming the problem in 2.5.4.1 Here is their recent e-mail to me. Hope this helps.

NHA had requested that GenoPro version 2.5.4.1 be packaged for deployment in the HealthBC environment for TRP boxes. The package was created but the client recently discovered that headers and footers do not print from this version of the program.
Upon further investigation, we were able to verify that this issue arises on Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems, even using the source files on the vendor site. Essentially, this is a vendor bug in this version of the application.
The client has identified an older version of the application 2.5.3.9 that does not have issues printing headers and footers.
We have tested this older version of the application on both Windows 7 and Windows XP and verified that everything works as expected.
It is important that the header/footer for this application prints out as this is where the timestamp information is displayed.
The client mentioned that there is a free version [that can be download by us] of 2.5.3.9 but I don't believe we're authorized to install software directly from vendor sites.
We need to confirm if this older version needs to be packaged before it can be used, and we also need to confirm if there will be potential NHA licensing concerns with this version.

The problem of headers/footers not printing seems to have been introduced with version 2.5.4.0.
Version 2.5.3.9 is OK; both 2.5.4.0 and 2.5.4.1 have the problem.
Further information:
The problem seems to effect SINGLE PAGE printouts from both 2.5.4.0 and 2.5.4.1;
Multiple page printouts from 2.5.4.0 and 2.5.4.1 do have the header/footer information printed.
(at least on Windows XP SP3)

Dear Genopro,
I think it may be a bug which was introduced in version 2.5.4.0; when the "Page Layout" dialog and operation was changed to add "single page" printing option by tick-box selection, and also carried on in version 2.5.4.1
I have re-checked today with many different versions of Genopro, from version 1.7.0 (Jan 2000) through Genopro Gold, Genopro 2007, Genopro Monica, and Genopro 2011 to the latest version 2.5.4.1;
The problem is only with versions 2.5.4.0 and 2.5.4.1, all previous versions are OK
The problem in both 2,5.4.0 and 2.5.4.1 is that they do not print header and footer information when making SINGLE PAGE printouts.
(even if print headers and footers have been selected in the "Page Layout" dialog)
- The problem happens for a single page print which is selected by the "single page" printing option introduced in version 2.5.4.0 Page Layout dialog.
- The problem also happens if a single page print is selected by the previous / alternative method of selecting a 1 horizontal page by 1 vertical page layout
- Multiple page prints in both 2.5.4.0 and 2.5.4.1 do correctly print with header and footer displayed, if selected in the "Page Layout" dialog.
- Previous versions from freeware version 1.70 (2000) right through to 2.5.3.9 do correctly print the header and footer information on single page printout (by selecting a 1 horizontal page by 1 vertical page layout, as there is no single page tick-box option in these version)
