me too... we are working on it.  We upgraded servers and moving GenoPro is quite a task.  There are million of files, dynamic content, email servers, DNS issues and custom software.

There is literally millions of files to copy, I hope to have it restored in the next 48 hours. As we speak all username with number have been copy and alphabetically it's copy until username starting with "c". If all publications are the same size (and it's not the case) there is about 65% of the files copied.

Yes, the old GenoPro server was 8+ years old and in this kind of business it's almost a dinosaur.

Also with everyone publishing their trees we were sometime exceeding our bandwidth limit so we took a machine with 20x more data transfer to handle future volume.

All files should be working now. If there is issue (missing publication or password protection problem let me know).

After updating my GenoMaps and submitting the Report Generator, I was sent immediately to the web site tree in the usual way. which showed the new people and family count on the main page. But it would not let me into any of the details. However, the following message was displayed:
"JavaScript Alert
You may not be able to achieve full functionality from these frame-based HTML pages as your browser may not consider local files accessed via FILE: protocol to be of "common origin".
Therefore you should either use a different browser (eg Firefox) or access the pages via web server using HTTP: protocol"

I then entered the website via the http, but only got my online report from the earleir versions before my updates.
What to do?
Regards
Stan

If you updated your files but still can see the old ones you are looking at files in cache on your PC. Try refresh, F5 or Ctrl+F5. If this does not work clear the cache using the browser tools. This might clear the other problem - just guessing here.
