When I send the GenoPro report to the familytrees.genopro.com server then the genomaps are excellent displayed with the Mozilla Firefox on my PC.
See  http://familytrees.genopro.com/Erhardt%20Stiefel/Stiefeltrees/deutsch/default.htm

That means my Mozilla Firefox is o.k. for SVG genomaps !

But when I send the GenoPro report to the server where my own domain is hosted and want to dispal the genomap lateron then the  Mozilla Firefox shows: "A Plugin is needed to show these contents." and the link "Install Plugin .."

http://support.genopro.com/Uploads/Images/efc25080-8196-49aa-a264-92ab.JPG

If I click to the link it results in the message that there is no Plugin available.
A Minute later GenoPro shows this note:

Question: Does the server need also a special software or a plugin for SVG displaying or what may be the reason for that different behaviour?
Another question: Is it possible to send a single genomap via email to someone else? Which file(s) have to be send?

Your hosting server may not  be configured correctly to serve .svg files.  this may be of some help http://www.genopro.com/help/report-generator/web-publishing/hosting/

Thanks for your hint.
When I sent your answer to my server provider he gave me the problem solution immediately.

The solution was:
I had to add these two statement lines to my .htaccess file

AddType image/svg+xml svg svgz
AddEncoding gzip svgz

I hope this will help other GenoPro users with the same problem Smile
