I joined 8 March, 2008. I realize everything has changed since I created my genogram, but how can I access it? As far as I can tell, my account is still active. I get this message with a page full of data that I don't understand:
[SqlException (0x80131904): Incorrect syntax near 'by'.]
Thank you,
mlm

Your genogram will stilll be available in the original version using the GenoPro.exe program.  Check that you have the latest version, which is 2.5.4.1.
Your problems are with the Report Writer.
Since 2008 there have been changes in both GenoPro and also in the Report Writer.
Download the latest skin from http://support.genopro.com/Topic28332.aspx
