This is a question to GenoProSupport.
My customer has been testing GenoPro 2011 and I would like to finalise the pricing and support terms should they choose to purchase GenoPro 2011.
Is the pricing still 37 Euros per licence, 446 Euros (including discount) for 25 licences and 1,337 Euros for a site licence?
Can the price be in £ sterling?
If our customer, Suffolk County Council, purchased a site licence, would the licence cover use of GenoPro 2011 in any SCC buildings throughout Suffolk?
Is there a way in which you can clarify what the breakeven number of GenoPro 2011 licences is in order to make a site licence relatively cheaper than buying smaller numbers of individual licences?
What kind of support do you offer under your individual and site licensing options? Does it just consist of your forum or can users speak to someone in your organisation. Is it possible to pose support questions to GenoProSupport or do you just have to post them as new topics

Hello Guy,Thank you for writing. The pricing is available in $ and € because we have a merchant account in those currencies. We do not have a bank account in £ sterling. If you purchase by credit card, your bank will automatically do the exchange of one currency to another, typically adding 1% extra. The site license is good for the entire County. With a site license, employees, volunteers, foster parents, adoptive parents, those who are victim of violence and disabled individuals receiving benefits from Suffolk County are welcome to install GenoPro at home for work and/or personal projects such as genealogy. You are welcome to purchase smaller packages, and we will discount any amount you purchased towards your site license. For instance, if you purchased 25 licenses at $599.00 USD, then your site license will be $1,196 USD ($1795 - $599).

I would like to clarify this further.
So, the site licence is $1,795. I have also seen a figure of 1,337 Euros, which would be roughly the equivalent and I believe we could pay either of those figures and then it would automatically convert to the GBP equivalent. Is this correct?
How do I go about actually purchasing the site licence? The numbers we envisage are about 575 people in Suffolk County Council.
Our normal method of deployment to people's PCs or laptops is via SCCM. We therefore package it up and then deploy it to the PCs/laptops that way. Our preference is for the supplier to provide an MSI with switches so we can do a silent, unattended deployment.
Also, I wanted to confirm that the support is simply through the Support forum and obviously emails to GenoProSupport. Please confirm.

I have just spoken to our Procurement team and they tell me that they can pay in foreign currency but need to be able to pay via BACS against an invoice issued for purchase order. Do you accept purchase orders?

With a site license, the registration key is built-in in the installer, so there is no need to type anything to install the program.
