can't access my family tree files

I had created my family tree files in 2012. Recently when my HDisk crashed I lost these files.How can I retrieve them..my account is active..please help/suggest..

If you used the online backup then these files can be seen if you go to the File menu and open 'Online Inbox and Online Backups'. Shortcut Ctrl+Shift+O
If you created a report then this will normally contain the .gno file as FamilyTree.gno, which can be downloaded.
If you did not make any copies in this way then I suspect the option is a hard disc recovery specialist
