"Error at line 67 (default.htm): Invalid procedure call or argument: '[string: "(null)"]' Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800A0005

I read in another section that there has to be an updated skin file(?). So I downloaded that & extracted the files into a folder which I pointed the Skin Folder to, in the Report Options tab. But that doesn't seem to do anything. Is there a place where I can find out what the error message means, or better yet, can someone tell me how to correct the problem?

I'm only in a trial period, but don't see any use for the program if I can't print.

Common mistake.  The Skins folder in the Report Options tab points to all your custom/downloaded skins folders, not just one. Its a Skins folder not a Skin folder.   It needs to point at the parent folder of the one holding your extracted skin. You can then have many different skins in their respective folder under this parent folder.

Of course you then need to make sure you select the required report in the drop down list.  Note that the built-in Narrative Report will still be on the list so you need to select the downloaded one.
