Hi,

I have problem with opening .gno file. I have GenoPro Beta 2.b 13h (beacuse it's free).
I was making my family on one PC and saved it. After, I bought new PC and wanted to finish work on my new PC. I copied .xml , .gno and .v1x.gno file but when i try to open it says:"Unable to open file C:\Documents and settings\...\.gno."
What should I do to be able to open the document?
My old PC is still in use so I can manipulate with file.
I'm sorry if I posted a topic in wrong cathegory.

If you go to http://www.genopro.com/beta/archives/
you can download the version of the program used to create your family tree.
You might consider a one time upgrade. You get more features, including online backup of your files and free hosting of your results for other people to see. I only mention this as a long time user who has never had to pay anything after my original purchase some time in the previous century

I have the same version of GenoPro as I have on old PC.
When I try to open it's the problem.
And I don't have internet on old PC only on new.
Do I have another solution?

If you only want to transfer your file you can use a USB key or a memory card (if the computer have a memory card reader)

I tried with USB and memory card but when I transfer file there is the problem. I can't open it on other PC only on that PC where I created a family tree.

Your description of 'the problem' is still very vague.  If you want help then more details are required. What are the symptoms of 'the problem'?  For example what messages do you get if you start GenoPro on your new PC, then click File and Open on the menu bar, navigate to your USB stick and select the transferred .gno file and then click the Open button?
