GenoPro Support Forum

I have 9 more days on my subscription and my assignment is due today. My genogram was completed and I was simply opening it so I could print it off. Now it is saying "Cannot import text file because its format is unknown to GenoPro.  Please supply a valid XML or Gedcom file." Why wont it open my genogram. I had all my dates and information in there and need my genogram back for class.
