I recently downloaded GenoPro and opted to subscribe to the free registration key.  This is only valid for 16 days.  What happens after the 16 days are up?  If I choose not to purchase a registration key after this, will GenoPro be deleted from my computer?  Can my genogram still be saved online?

Thanks,

Sofia

After your evaluation registration key expires, GenoPro is in read-only mode: you may view, print and generate a report with any family tree of any size, however if you wish to add more people and your family tree is larger than 25 people, then you need a new key.

You are welcome to backup your family tree anytime to our server.

Thank You for your response.  Could I request another free key after my allotted days are up?  Also, the genogram I make will be saved to my computer regardless, correct?

Thanks Again!,

Feel free to use the following key 3-CCE2-X5GR-BNM8-TMP which is valid for 6 months.

I am having trouble printing my genogram.  I need it for a school project and my printer at home keeps cutting it off.  I tried Fed ex printing however, they said I need it in PDF format.  Is there any way I can convert it to a PDF?

Thanks,

Sofia

Hello,
Firstly you will need a PDF printer driver installed on your PC, there are several free ones to download and install if you don't have one.
(personally I use either "PDF995" or "CutePDF, but others are equally as good)

Then when you go to print, select print to the PDF driver you choose, rather than your actual printer before you press OK; this will then print to a PDF file.

Another possible solution to your original problem of cut-off,
Have you tried adjusting (increasing) the Print margins in GenoPro's "File" / "Page Layout" menu option,
GenpPro often prints right to the edges of the printer page, and you sometimes get "cut-off" if the "Print Margins" setting is not large enough.

Hope this helps,
Martyn

Hi, I just recently downloaded Genopro due to my college studies requiring it's use, I am aware that I'm allowed ask for a free 16 day registration key... however, since I'm going to use the software this whole semester, I'm afraid that 16 days won't be enoght, is there any way I can get a different key before buying a permanent one after college?

¡Gracias por tu tiempo!

When you request an academic key, select the option I want to request a free academic key and enter the email address of your professor and you will get a key of 6 months.
