I have the new GenoPro 2016 version 3.0.0.5 installed on my computer and am able to run Narrative_2015.03.14 (Narrative Report) (EN) with no errors.

All of the functions that have been tried are running quite nicely, except for the picture sideshow display.  Every time the display is clicked on to make the display larger the following message  is displayed:

"The requested content cannot be loaded.  Please try again later."  Unfortunately, later never comes.  I tried shutting everything down but that did not help.

So, the question is:  How do I make the picture display larger for better viewing of detail information?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

R. Gregory

The Narrative Report use a Javascript utility FancyBox to display the picture slideshow.  The error you are getting implies that FancyBox is unable to locate the full size copy of the picture.  There are a number of causes for this.  Firstly please ensure when publishing to the web that you have NOT set the 'Link to all files from my computer' or 'Link to al files from my network' options under the Options tab of the Generate Report dialogue.

Otherwise I am unsure as to the cause. Some users of FancyBox have report that having spaces in file names can cause this issue, or using the wrong case when refererencing the file name.

Please reply here as to whether any of these causes might apply in your case.

Mr. Master,

As always, you have steered me into the correct direction and fixed my problem.

Thanks again,
