After I generate report and publish to web, I receive message "Page not found or moved" ..the page no longer exists because the author may have renamed or deleted his/her publication

Any thoughts on what causes this?

If the report was in fact published successfully then the message means you are trying to access the report using a URL that does not refrence the correct location

Can you provide details of where the report was published and the URL you are using to access it?

Your main report seems to be at http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull and although some of the pages have been updated recently they do not display correctly i looks as though the home page was generated way back in 2007 with a now obsolete Narrative Report skin.

Is it possible that you have checked the 'Resume Report' box on the options tab of the 'Generate Report' dialogue?  Please ensure you use the Narrative Report from the latest GenoPro 2016 version and ensure the 'Resume Report' is unchecked.

Resume report was unchecked.

How/where do I ensure that I use the latest Narrative Report? I have Skins stored at C:\Users\347584\Documents\GenoPro Reports\Skins\

The latest report skins will be installed when you install GenoPro 2016 and should get placed in your skins folder.  You should have an entry in the drop down list for 



\{EN} Narrative Report\* (2015.10.12) {EN}


This is the latest version.  When you publish to familytrees, you can leave the Web Directory blank and the new report should be available as before at http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull

I did as you advised and generated a new report. When I try to look at Tree Diagram, I receive the following

error on line 1 at column 1: Encoding error

How do I fix this?

The home page of your report at  http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull has not changed and so it appears that the report has not actually been updated..  Perhaps you could post a copy of the Report Log here, making sure no password is visible. This may provide some clue as to where it is going wrong.

But is it possible for me to update the report? (I assume that you have generated the one referenced?). Could you see from the error log why it wouldn't generate for me?
