This error suggests to me that the report has been generated successfully but Windows Explorer had a problem opening n your report in your default browser.

The cause of the error is likely to be external to GenoPro and the report skin and without hands on to your PC may be difficult to resolve.

If your destination folder for the report is on your local disc then try locating the file 'default.htm' in the destination folder using Windows Explorer and double click on it. It should then open in your default browser.  If it doesn't then perhaps your windows file association for .htm files is incorrect.

If your default browser is NOT Microsoft Edge, then you can probably also open your browser, then press keys Ctrl & O together and then browse for the report's default.htm file and open it that way
