Hello. I would be really glad if you could help me.

I tried to install GenoPro and tried to open a gno.file from a relative of mine. Could not do it. I get the following message:

Could someone please help me? I would like to open the file and be able to edit it and put some of my relatives inside.

Just rename the .gno file with Latin letters.  My guess is the filename contains characters (such as Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese) which are not part of the core of your version of Windows.  This is a know problem for all versions GenoPro because GenoPro was built as MBCS rather than Unicode.  I tried to compile GenoPro in Unicode, but failed.  GenoProX won't have this problem as is is 100% Unicode from day one.
