Simple question

How do I make the pictures bigger when displayed in the overall family tree

Based on the Harry potter example this seems to be possible

If you are referring to GenoPro 2016 'picture mode' where the primary picture replaces the genogram symbol, then you can change the size of the picture , and the text, by right clicking on the image to reveal the context menu and then choosing 'Size' and then select the size required.  

If you are just displaying the primary picture in a label next to the gender symbol then simply select the image and drag a corner with the mouse to adjust its size.
