My computer has been acting up lately. I took it in to have it checked. The company deleted everything on my desktop (this was three weeks ago). I just realized my Genopro was also one of the programs on my desktop that was deleted. Is it possible to get it re-installed without having to purchase the program again? Thank you.

You can get the program from https://www.genopro.com/setup/
If you have your registration key saved then that is what you need to get the program able to save results.
It is possible that your key is still in he Registry if only the program was deleted from the Desktop
If not it is at http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx, if you still have username/password.
Once installed you can use GenoPro Find (Ctrl+Shift+F) to find any data still on the PC
