I work for a group that does family finding for kids in foster Care.  In our group we have four of us that work on the genograms and there is times one of the four of us need to pull up the genograms and edit them.  is it possible for one of the others, while logged into their computers be able to access something one of the other employees have done for cases we are working on together.

This is the sort of project that GenoProX will address.
At present one option would be to use online backup, where a file is saved on GenoPro server and can then be downloaded. This would mean all using the same log-in and could also lead to problems if two people try to edit the same file
