I have published my family tree in Genopro website in 2010 when there is no online backup available. I have lost the original file, is there anyway to download from Genopro website for me to continue update instead of having to recreate from zero again?

Normally when you create an online report it will contain a copy of the file as familytree.gno. If you look at
http://support.genopro.com/Topic26474.aspx
this contains details on downloading GenoPro FTP client which will allow you to look at your account.
You can also try to use 'Open Inbox and Online Account' from the file menu of GenoPro
Make sure that you are using the same version of the program you were using in 2010, although this might not be a problem
