Hi Have had Geno Pro since 2014 and have started up again. I had to download the latest version as 2016 and have managed to collect from my Genopro account back up file a copy from 2015 which i have reinstalled and works fine, but have stored in my PC drive about 15 other family files that  will not open for me and these naturally are important to me as a lot of hours work went into them and i cannot replicate the Family tree information on them.
Could some one help please and advise how i can convert them.
Thanks

What message do you get when you try to open such files? This could give a clue as to how to open them, if they are not damaged. You can check them by renaming a copy of the file as zip instead of gno and open as a zip file. A complete file ends
