I attempted to activate a free trial forGenoPro and was charged for purchasing the full version instead. I requested afree trial last week and was given an activation code. When I opened theprogram again the activation code was in the dialog box and so I continued withregistration. Upon putting in my card details I was told that I had purchasedGenoPro for $50 dollars. There was no prompt to tell me that I was purchasingthe software and I do not wish to purchase it. I only need the software for anassignment. I would like to be refunded. Is there any way that you can help meor a way for me to talk with someone in person so that any issues can beresolved quickly and clearly?
