My wife is attempting to use this software for a class and when attempting to export the Narrative Report, we found the option to be unavailable. She is currently using the trial version while we work out how this is supposed to work with her professor. Does this report only exist for the full/paid/student option? The only options we see on that page are: Save all to disk, birthday, display all comments, and export to SQL. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Seems that for some reason you have the wrong location set for your GenoPro 'Report Skins'folder.  On a normal install of GenoPro Report Skins are placed in %appdata%\GenoPro\Skins,  where %appdata% represents your user's appdata folder location. This is normally C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\

You can set the correct location for your Report Skins under the Options tab of GenoPro's Tools/ Generate Report dialog.

e.g.

If you change this setting to another folder then you will need to either re-install GenoPro to get the Report Skins installed there or copy the Report Skin folders from the previously installed location.

p.s. the Report Skins that you are able to see now are the ones built-in to GenoPro and not installed externally.

That was it! The reason for the issue is my wife is working on this through school on her Mac with the emulator. Trying to figure out what methods there were for exporting I grabbed a trial license and installed on the only Windows machine I have access to, a work laptop. I had to perform the install using a different user with elevated permissions and so when I launched the app as my normal user there was a disconnect in the roaming appdata path for my user. I was able to copy the contents into the correct user profile and that did the trick! Thanks so much for the quick reply!
