I just published my first report online,
it's in Italian,
but when I try to enter I get the error message:
"Page not found The report may be incomplete"

I have looked as the generated Narrative Report via the link you provided and as far as I can tell it is OK except that when opening the report a spurious empty prompt appears.  This is probably due to some diagnostic code I left in place in error.

The message you receive  "Page not found The report may be incomplete" can be caused when the Report Generator tries to access the generated report but when logging in to GenoPro for the Report generation you used your email address instead of your GenoPro user id 270663.  However the report is still complete.

The spurious prompt can be avoided if you install the latest Narrative Common code from this post http://support.genopro.com/Topic39951.aspx and regenerate your report.

Thanks for the reply Genoma
yes, in fact I tried to generate the report and publish it, putting my email in place of the userID.
I will try to follow your advice and let you know,
See you soon,
Thanks for your help

Hi Genoma
I have just published my report after executing your instructions, and it certainly goes very well because I get to see my report almost completely.
There is a problem with the images, because some are very large and are not visible.
What is the exact limit of image resolution?
Since there are 1156 images, can you recommend me a way to edit them massively?
Thanks a lot again for your support.

There is a suggested limit on image size. Possibly 1Mb
I use IrfanView for that sort of thing. It is free and straightforward.
Use Batch processing (press B to open) and in the advanced options set new file size; either by image dimension or file size.
You can either replace existing files but normally you place in new folder
Then just add the files you want to process into the Input box; press Start Batch and watch it happen

Hello everyone.
This is my first post in this forum, but I have been using Genopro for a long time, since the first free versions.
I use my GenoPro on my computer only, since 2000. Long time everything was perfect.
When I used version 2007, my reports were OK.

Then something went bad and my reports were not OK.
Now I have 2 versions: 2007 for reports and 2019 for everyday use Sad

When I try to do my report in version 2019 (3.0.1.5), the program does something
but finishes with folder without file 'default.html' or 'index.html".
I attached a filelist.
Strange, the 1st time in 2019 everything looked OK, even the great timeline.
I use Windows 10 Home.

What am I doing wrong?

Without further information it is difficult to say what is happening here. You could try replacing the Narrative Common folder in your Report Skins folder with the later version attached to a post referred to earlier in this thread.  see http://support.genopro.com/Topic39951.aspx

If this fails then please send a copy of your .gno file to me, genome, via GenoPro's File / Send menu item so that I can investigate further.
