I used GenPro under the free trial period and subsequently purchased. Unfortunately, I did not activate the registration key within the time allotted. How do I activate the software and add to the family tree create under the free trial period? Thanks for the help. Robert

As you appear on the forum as a Customer it means that you have a full licence which never expires.
Check http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx where you can find a copy of your registration key which can be copied/pasted into your copy of GenoPro (in the Help tab of the main menu)
If you have problems then check that you have a key for that version of GenoPro but it should be OK
