Unable to initialize publishing session for directory ''
Session has been lost or not found. You need to call Login again.  (HyperData Error -1001: ErrSessionLost)

I've been generating and updating the the report for years, but it has suddenly stopped working.
Are reports no longer available?

The session lost is due to a connection loss or a firewall blocking access to the application GenoPro.

I've uninstalled, removed registry settings, removed roaming profile and reinstalled InfraViewer64, re-installed in a different folder. Turned off Windows firewall and suspended.  I've checked the Windows10 log files.  I still get the same error.  Its seems somthing is blocking me uploading to GenoPro (but a local folder is ok).

Another Windows user account on the same PC, pointing at my roaming profile, using my GenoPro account settings can generate the Sample report, so it cant be my firewall or AV, but may be the GenoPro server firewall.  It makes the connection and then fails.

Even though I deleted the tree at GenoPro and regenerted the report from scratch (taking several hours) using the other user account, I only get a partial tree with missing index and also the old Document page, so it must be caching some old data and not loading the latest tree - That may not be related !
