You can't download or share the file unless the person has the software.This is NOT clearly stated in the terms. I really think you should refund my money and I promise not to give you a bad review.

Joy Not sure what you wanted to do. You can save the GenoPro file and send it to others but as you point out that is no use unless they have the software. However anyone can download the software and instal it, free of charge, and then use it as a viewer. The only restriction is that they can not save any alterations unless they buy a licence, which would be normal practice. You can also download standard genealogy programs in gedcom format. This is the main method of exchanging data between the many genealogy programs. You can of course export from GenoPro in this format. I think any program needs more than an hour to get to grips with

According to our logs, you uploaded your genogram to our server. Below is a thumbnail of the genogram you uploaded to our server:  Just by looking a the genogram, it is clear the software GenoPro is working on your computer. You are also skilled to include several emotional relationships in your genogram. As about your other claim, every software needs to be installed to view its document. If you send a PhotoShop, Word or Excel document, the recipient must have the proper software installed to view its content. GenoPro is no different. Every user can install GenoPro for free to view or print genograms. You need the key to save genograms larger than for 25 individuals. Also, in the term of use, it is clearly stated that the waiting time for the support is at least 2 business days. According to the purchase receipt, you purchased GenoPro for your clinic "Behavioral Perspective" as a business expense with a registration key which is valid for life for all the computer(s) you use, present and future. Moreover, according to our logs you sent your genogram to your own student account. If you still claim that GenoPro is a scam, a fraud, or does not work, as you wrote in your previous message, we will report to the university where you are a student about your unethical behaviour and an attempt to use GenoPro for free for your clinic by feedback extortion. We understand some users find GenoPro difficult to use, however calling GenoPro a scam as a strategy to get a refund is not acceptable. In the US, a scam is a felony crime subject to prison.
