I have just been trying out GenoPro on my Mac using Crossover. All seems well but when I try to Generate a report it fails. It says "1st time initialisation required to link to code folder". Can anyone help me with this?

GenoPro requires that scripts used to produced a report are placed in a folder named Code under the reports folder. My Report Skin Templates have a single common folder Code. When a report is run for the first time the bootstrap script attempts to link this common Code folder to a folder also named Code the the report folder as an NTFS filesystem junction or 'reparse point' using the utility junction.exe

This process does not seem to work under Parallels. A work-around could be to copy the contents of the Common\Code folder into the reports own Code folder e.g. {EN} Narrative Report\Code

There may also a problem running the Configuration Parameters dialogue. It may be possible to generate a report using default parameters by ticking the option not to run this dialogue. See under the Options tab of the Generate Report dialogue.
