Maybe I haven't looked hard enough, but from what I have seen so far, I see no place for entering nicknames. In the General tab, I think there should be at least one field for a nickname (or nicknames) . eg.
Firstname: Joseph
Nickname: Joe
(or Nicknames: Joe, Joey)
Middlename: Stephen
Lastname: Smith
Then the nickname should be included as a report option when displaying the tree. In a lot of families there are a lot of relatives with the same firstnames who have acquired nicknames as a means of telling them apart. Using nicknames might also make it easier to identify individuals in the family tree reports.
Nice program though. I am especially interested in the internet/html options and am wondering if there is a way to allow multiple users to make changes to the same gno files via the internet?

Which version do you use, because the beta version has an option for nicknames.
