Using 2.b11h:
If I move an individual to another GenoMap, their siblings appear as half-siblings under the "Report" tab of properties and no longer appear in the "siblings" box on the "Birth" tab.
The individual still appears as a [full] sibling to his/her siblings. (Sorry, can't find a way to phrase that more clearly)
This doesn't happen if I use "New hyperlink" to place the individual on another GenoMap.

Can you describe what you mean by "move"? Moving individuals to another GenoMap using Cut & Paste will break the pedigree links. GenoPro has a built-in method to move objects to another GenoMap. This method is similar to the hyperlink and does preserve the siblings relationships. I re-verified by moving an individual to another GenoMap and all siblings have been preserved.

I mean:
Assume all the existing data is on GenoMap1. Select a individual who has a (full) sibling. Right click to bring up the context menu. Select the menu option "Move to GenoMap" and choose GenoMap2 Place the individual on GenoMap2. Right click on the individual on either GenoMap1 or GenoMap2 and choose properties. Select the Report tab, and the siblings are now marked as half siblings. Most bizarrely, if you then delete the individual on either GenoMap1 or GenoMap2, the siblings are reported as full-siblings again.
I have tried this with several people on my GenoMap and the result is quite consistent. The .gno file was auto-converted from one created with beta 10 if that is significant.

You are right, this is a bug, and a serious one. Your original post was clear about the problem. when I saw your first post, I tried to reproduce the bug and I probably did it too quickly to see the problem. I did moved a few siblings around, and quickly looked at the "Report" dialog. Perhaps I have seen this dialog too often to pay attention to its content. It is like having a typo yet unable to see it when proof-reading it. It helps to have soneone to "proof-read" GenoPro. Thanks for reporting the problem.

My pleasure to help.
GenoPro 2 is a great program, and the gulf between it and the existing genealogy programs on the market is truly vast, and growing with every beta. Keep up the good work, and I hope you can bring a full release to market soon.

I am still aware this bug has not been resolved yet. The algorithim to determine the siblings will be re-written for the new report generator. I also want to add "Possible Child" to the "Pedigree Link" with the option to exclude it as a child. When I review this code, I will be opening a real can of worms.
