Just downloaded 2.b11h - looks great compared with the 1.something I played with a few years back.
Question/bug - I attached a photo to an individual by selecting the individual's properties, going to the pictures tab and then browsing for the image. It appears in the list of pictures at the bottom of this dialogue box as I would expect. However to get the actual picture to display in the box I have to check the "Preserve full path checkbox" - I would have thought that this feature was designed to allow the building of a tree of images with relative paths so it could be moved to another location more easily (the software is currently on E:\kits\geneopro\beta\), so is this a feature I don't understand or a bug?
regards

The relative path should work as you say. The problem with it is that it is relative to the path that the computer "thinks". You can see the path the picture suppose to be in in the pictures Tab under the relative path column. If you dont see this column try to right click with your mouse to select this column. You then can see the path that the computer is looking for the picture. See if the path you think is the same path.

However to get the actual picture to display in the box I have to check the "Preserve full path checkbox" On my machine, I don't have to check the the "Preserve full path checkbox" in order to view the picture. The pictures are displayed after using the "Browse" button.

GenoPro Beta 12c has a dialog to rename the paths of pictures. You will find this dialog in the "Tools" menu, or by right-clicking in the Table Layout when viewing the pictures. You will also notice a "Find & Replace" option for every field in the Table Layout.
