| I am building a webpage for family to check out the tree I am creating. Problem is, the site I am using does not accept .gno format. How can I change it to a format that geocities accepts? I would like the "tree" visible, not just data.

The only way to view a tree over the web is to use GenoPro to create a series of web pages using the Report Generator (under tools). At present this is not available in 2.0, so use version 1.91b. If you are using 2.0 then it will save a .v1x.gno file which will open (the 2.0 files can not be read)
Load all of these pages onto the web and others can see your results. They will have to download the GenoPro program if they want to see the tree. The link for this is automatically added to your web pages.
Hopefully the 2.0 Report Generator will be out fairly soon, but it is a big step to get it sorted, so you may wish to try out the earlier version and find out how to get your pages onto the web site. If geocities does not provide facilities to load these files, use an FTP program such as WSFTP95
