I have too many photos in the pictures folder and would like to keep them in pictures subfolders. The Pictures tab of the Properties Dialog has Relative path, that contains a correct path. But Report Generator creates image path only to the pictures folder, omitting subfolder. Is it a known bug? Pavel

In the configuration file (Config.xml), set the _PathPictures to the subfolder where your pictures are located.

My tree contains 289 individials and hundreads photos, that's why it's really not convinient to keep all of them in one pictures folder. It's very difficult to manage such a collection of photos and it slows down the tree development. What I need is multiple subfolders under the pictures folder. Differently from Pictures tab of Properties dialog, that is able to keep path to mutiple subfolders of the pictures folder in its Pictures list, Report Generator creates image path only to the pictures folder. It seems as a bug (probably by design :-) Setting the _PathPictures doesn't seem may help here. Pavel

PavelM The Report Generator creates image path only to the pictures folder. It seems as a bug (probably by design)This is by design. If you specify a full path (rather than a relative path), then GenoPro will link to that path. The report generator will not create a folder named "pictures" and will not copy the pictures. Try the following: _PathPictures="c:\My Documents\My Pictures\" |

At the moment it is by design, that only one folder will be created or pictures remain in one folder, but I think many people have a lot of pictures in different folders. So the question is whether in the future Genopro will take the folder tree and use this one for the GenoPro reports instead of just "pictures/"?

Multiple subfolders feature would be greatly appreciated in GenoPro 2.0 or any beta before it. Obviously I may use Preserve Full Path checkbox and then manually take away a prefix of my full path to make it relative, but such a great software as GenoPro deserves hopefully easy upgrade to make manual editing needless.
