I have beentrying for 2 days to find a contact number or email that works to contact the appropriate people about my issue. I purchased GP in january for my office and a few days ago switched computers and lost my key code...Who do I contact to help me withg this?

Thanks for sending my registration key. Genopro is a brilliant program, and I shall be buying it (again!) soon. I bought it years ago, but God knows under what email, or even under which computer! And now, would you believe, I've actually bought myself a cheap Windows computer (I usually use applemac) specifically so that I can use Genopro! I'm delighted you are currently planning a version that will work well on Macs!!!

My office can no longer access this software and other users cannot seem to print their reports and I suspect license has expired, how do i renew?  There is no company phone # to connect with someone and I have written a couple e-mails without hearing back from somebody.  Could some advise soonest possible.  Suggestion:  1-800 # need to be on your home page for your customers' to talk to experts on this software.  Thank you.

I was using the free version.  I did my family tree.  I guess my free subscription expired.  I would now like to purchase it but only if I can get the family tree that I had worked on. Please let me know if this is possible.

Your tree will have been saved in a file with file type .gno, so if you search for a file *.gno that will tell you if your data can be used.
If you can load GenoPro then use the Find facility on the main file menu.

Ваша информация содержится в файлах с расширением .gno.  Если Вы сознательно не удаляли подобные файлы и жесткий диск со старого компьютера исправен - подключите его к новому компьютеру, запустите GenoPro и используйте функцию поиска файлов .gno из меню Файл. Если старый диск неисправен - дело сложней - без специалистов не обойтись.

I installed Genopro 2019 yesterday for a class assignment in my Graduate studies. As I was looking over it and learning how to create a tree, I must have accidently hit an icon because it changed everything from English to a foreign language I do not understand. I have unistalled the software twice and reinstalled, even did a clean sweep and defrag and every time I reinstall it keeps coming back in that foreign language. HELP!!! How do I fix this and make it go back to English. My assignment is due next week. Thank you!

My instructor cannot access my project I uploaded in blackboard, is there a way for you to retrieve my assignment?
