When uploading my report, a lot of times I get an error when the pictures are uploading. I have to admit there are quiet some pictures (105 at the moment). I then have to restart the upload, and after retrying a few times I manage to get all pictures uploaded. And sometimes it goes well in one sweep. Just annoying. Anyone has an idea how to solve this? Thanks. The error message : Unable to write file 'http://familytrees.genopro.com/dheunid/en/pictures/S8000305.JPG'. Unable get HTTP response info (error 12019:0)

See post Error 12019:0 (ERROR_INTERNET_INCORRECT_HANDLE_STATE) when uploading file. By the way, can you try our FTP Client tool at http://www.genopro.com/help/ftp-client/. This tool allows you to upload files to any report published at http://FamilyTrees.GenoPro.com.

Some of your pictures are quite large to be usefully viewed in a report such as this. For example one picture is nearly 2Mb in size and is slow both to upload and view in the report. I suggest you use IrfanView to resize/resample your large pictures beofre adding them to GenoPro. For example the 2Mb picture is reduced to 112Kb by halving the pixel size and setting dpi to 120. The quality is still more than adequate for the report.
