The problem is because the file open inside your web browser. My suggestion is to save the file (right-click: Save Target As...) to your computer and open it again with GenoPro. GenoPro will display extra menus with more print options.

O.K, but this is not good decision, this is bad decision. A lot of people not clever programmist and for them need simple decision ( see Myheritage) Best regards

It's in fact a problem related to ActiveX and Internet Explorer... not GenoPro. Maybe GenoPro should not be allowed to work inside the browser at all?

With my IE7 even the tree cannot be seen in the browser: it complains about the file format and offers a save option

I have too this problem : - in my office all work good (in IE6), but in home ( with the same IE6) I can not see tree in browser. I asked about it at a forum of 6-7 times and nobody could give good advice So, I see 2 problems: 1. can not view tree in browser (IE6 or IE7)(why?) 2. can not print tree from browse IE6. Thanks

The solution is to not open the document from the browser but saving it to your computer and print from GenoPro directly.
