I purchased GenoPro last year, but have misplaced the registration key. My old e-mail was sherinkevan@gci.net & now is fskww2@uaf.edu. please resend registration key. thanks!

According to your database, both emails do not have a registration key.  Pherhaps you purchased GenoPro using another email?

If you have purchased GenoPro you do not have to purchase again.  On the other hand, I need your email address to locate your registration key.  Our database contains over 324,000 emails.

Did you purchased GenoPro at our secure online https://www.genopro.com/buy/ or you purchased GenoPro from somewhere else?  We have users asking their key, but in fact they purchased GenoPro from a website selling other genealogy product.

Yes I did get it from the GenoPro site. In fact when I tried to reactivate it again the other day I was e-mailed a tepmorary registration key (5U6-E45-AZC-ZDZ-TMP) from GenoPro. This registration key expires in 10 days!

When a user requests a temporary evaluation key, GenoPro returns the permanent key if there is one available under the email.  If you purchased GenoPro, we need your email address so we can locate your account in our database.

I was unable to locate any account with this email, and/or any email containing "kla" or "vier" from Russia.  Do you have any other email address, or name to lookup?  If you type your first and last name in Cyrillic (Russian), I will do a lookup as well.
