I was searching for a related topic, but I couldn't find an answer to my problem: I have changed my e-mail address since I originally purchased the GenoPro. I've been receiving the updates with no problem; however, when I tried to use the "online Backup" feature, I was asked to login with my e-mail and Password rather than with my registration key. Well, since I have a new e-mail address, it didn't recognize me and I was sent a temporary registration key. I would like to make sure that GenoPro has my current e-mail address along with my already purchased registration key. Where can I find the place to update my original account?

Go to Control Panel (see above) and click on Registration Details. You can change your e-maill address there.
