All symbols for death including miscarriage, stillborn, abortion etc. turned into a diagonal slash from top right to lower left instead of an X. How can I correct this?

It appear GenoPro is displaying a Medical Pedigree instead of a genogram. To return to the standard genogram display, uncheck the option "Display All Symbols for a Medical Pedigree" from the View Menu.
