I need your support to help me in generating my report as only 1 out of 114 pictures were loaded. Please be informed how I have organized my files in my computer:

1. I have a Parent folder in which I have data related to my family tree. In this folder I have:

1.1 A sub folder where I have the genopro document.

1.2 A sub folder where I have all of the pictures. To make easier grouping of pictures, this sub folder is divided into several sub folders, each one corresponding to a genomap in the genopro document.

While I was creating the report there was a message indicating system was unable to load pictures. What should I do? All of the pictures are jpeg format, however some of them are a little 'heavy', I think that it is due to the scanning process provided they are very old.

I would appreciate your comments and guidance.

Best Regards,

Jaime

It is best to reduce the size of images; GenoPro does have a maximum size and is better if you change them yourself. I use the Freeware program IrfanView -
http://www.irfanview.net/
This has a simple but effective metod of resizing jpeg files - you can run a batch file or change individuals.

To find pictures, have you used Tools - Relink Pictures or Refresh?
