In order to give you advice we need more input from you, such as 1) which version of GenoPro are you using? 2) are you using a customized narrative report or the original? 3) can you place a screen shot of the error display you are receiving into you post here.

hi, 1) The program is GenoPro 2007 Version 2.0.0.9 2) Without knowing how to customize a report, i can only say its a basic. 3) Tried to print the screen but was unable to, so i've copied and paste all text within the report log. Generating report to 'G:\My Documents\john\Family tree Pics\GenoPro Reports\' Cloning document Familytree... Opening configuration file Config.xml for skin '\Customized English Narrative Report\* (English Narrative Report)'... Validating picture cache... Loading Dictionary.xml... [0.00] Processing template 'init.htm'... Error at line 164, position 1 (init.htm): 8007007E

Did you try the solution offered in Error at line 183 (init.htm) 8007007E ? i.e. run the command regsvr32 wshom.ocx from a command prompt running as administrator and then try the report again. Also your pasted text shows that your are running a potentially 'customized' Report. To generate a standard report select 'English Narrative Report' in the drop down list of Report Skins on the Generate Report dialog.
