I just downloaded GenoPro and started entering some data. The first thing that struck me is the translation in Greek which is full of very bad spelling mistakes. It reduces the credibility of the software and it causes frustration to have to see all these mistakes constantly. I'm willing to redo the translation for you if you tell me how to do it.
Regards Georgios

Firstly please note that your post is off topic, it would have been better to start a new topic. But to answer your question:- The Gedcom 5.5 Standard does not support the greek alphabet (only ANSI or ANSEL encoding), however the draft Gedcom 5.5.1 standard allows for Unicode (UTF-8) encoded files. Therefore if your gedcom file is UTF-8 encoded GenoPro should import the greek characters, for example I have included a small .ged file below with some greek text that does import OK. Note the highlighted CHAR setting. I suggest you open your .ged file with Notepad and use 'Save As' to ensure it is UTF-8 encoded and that you have set the CHAR line correctly. 0 HEAD 1 SOUR GenoPro® 2 VERS 2.0.1.6/2.0.1.6_6_(2010.01.05) 2 CORP GenoPro Inc. 3 ADDR http://www.genopro.com 1 DATE 6 JAN 2010 1 SUBM @subm1@ 1 GEDC 2 VERS 5.5 2 FORM LINEAGE_LINKED 1 CHAR UTF-8 0 @ind00001@ INDI 1 NAME πρόσωπο /ελληνικά/ 2 GIVN πρόσωπο 2 SURN ελληνικά 1 SEX M 0 @subm1@ SUBM 1 NAME GenoPro User 1 ADDR Not 2 CONT Disclosed 0 TRLR

Look at one post above... CHAR should be UTF-8, not ANSI.

SHOULD I CHANGE ANSI TO UTF-8 ? IF I DID THIS DO YOU THINK IT WORKS?
JUST DID IT, BUT...IN VAIN -----> ÊÙÍÓÔÁÍÔÉÍÏÓ ÁËÅÉÖÁÍÔÇÓ (ÁËÕÖÁÍÔÇÓ)

Check this: http://www.genopro.com/help/change-font/ and also have a look at Tools|Display alphabets settings.

Blackkite,I take it you translated the Genopro application text into Greek? Any plans to translate the Narrative Report into Greek as well? It would be great to be able to generate report in both English and Greek.
