my database make error and say that the name 1 and 281 at the same name. how to repair it my .ged file in topic please help

A quick look shows that you have several duplicate names. If you open in GenoPro and open the table (use Ctrl+T); sort on First Nmae and then Last Name (click on heading of table) you will see many names repeated. Sometimes the husband/wife appears twice indicating other problems. Was the source of the data a gedcom, or was it a series og gedcoms? It is possible to select an individual and delete them but it may be easier to go back to the source data. The following part of the display shows several duplicates
