My computer was faulty & it is currently away, being mended. I am using my daughter's computer & want to install Genopro, how do I go about this please ? I don't have to subscribe again, do I ?

Go to http://www.genopro.com/InstallGenoPro.exe to download the file. Your registration key (for the password) are on this site. Go to the Control Panel to find it.
Hope you have back up copies of your data. For future reference you can put them onto the GenoPro site using the Online backup which is on the file menu. That way you can get your records back wherever you are. To get the data back, go to the Online backup and click the link there, which will show you all your GenoPro files
