Nested levels in the Tables of Content aren't alphabetically sorted. This seems to affect the following TOC's : Citations, Places, Occupancies and Pictures. As you can see from the image below the sort order is fine for the top level places, but random for the child places of "Cheshire".

Yep, there is a problem there that thankfully seems easy to fix. I'm just surprised that nobody has reported it before. Thanks for bringing it to my attention and I'll have it fixed shortly.
