Hi, been a user of GenoPro since 2006, and I thought I had the hang of things. In any event, I added a few hundred pictures to my family tree (in the way I have always added, i.e., click on the individual, then pictures tab, new, then navigate to local directory where picture was housed, then open/add). When I published the report to my local hard drive (I like to do this first before uploading remotely to see if there are any bugs), the new pictures I added show up as a blank square with a red x in the corner. Odd thing is, that if I click on the blank square, the picture actually appears in a newly-opened internet explorer window. I check the properties for the individual, and the pictures are there. I added pictures yesterday in the same exact way, and everything worked out fine. The pictures in question are a little larger than what I typically add (about 1 to 1.2 MB) in size, but they are jpeg's and otherwise aren't any different than the others. Can anybody provide any insight as what I might be doing incorrectly? Tony

This issue has been reported a few times before and the answer is probably the same - use the Latest English Narrative Report. There is a problem with the Narrative Report included with version 2.0.1.6 of GenoPro if Irfanview is not installed. Perhaps you noticed the warnings in the Report Log.

Thanks, but when I click on the link, it tells me that the web page cannot be found. Tony
