I bought a Genopro account last year but it was on another computer. I knoe have a new computer but I can't transfer the program or login to get a downlod onto that computer. Hoe can I download an existing account and then utilize my old files from that account?

As you can log in to the forum you will be able to get your registration details from the Control Panel. You can then install a new version of the program - download links are at the top of this forum.
If you have saved a report you can get the basic data from there. Did you use the backup facility? If so the instructions to get the file back appear if you start a new backup
Hope that is what you are asking
