I publish the report to my local disk and it creates a pdf with the family tree, uploaded to my website but users who download the pdf or open the pdf when I send it as an attachment only see a blank pdf.
The only way I can duplicate it is to print from Safari as a pdf
The file is here

Any ideas?

You appear to have way too many objects ((1370 Individuals) on a single GenoMap for the Adobe PDF reader to be able to cope. Also SVG images with so many objects do not display well in Firefox and even with Adobe SVG client are difficult to navigate. I recommend that you split your genomap into smaller ones of say 200-300 individuals, perhaps banding by date as per your original genomap. Alternatively recommend to your viewers that they download the Foxit PDF Reader as this opens it satisfactorily

Thanks, the weird thing is I can see it when I download it on my Mac and on my local disk and so can one of the users, perhaps this is a bug in Adobe? I use Foxit pdf and it shows all of the tree and can easily zoom in to any one record.
