I generated my family-tree in to genopro a couple days ago. Now I find out when clikking the green tree that my Adobe SVG Viewer is not downloaded, yet it is. Adobe also let me know that you can't use the viewer from Feb.2009.

Is there a other Viewer I can download? Also The picture frame is blank. I can get picture by clikking in picture frame and it will open in a new window. Has this all to do with the SVG Viewer?

There have been many updates to the English Narrative Report skin since the release of GenoPro 2.0.1.6. These updates have been posted on this forum. I believe the issues you have experienced are fixed in the later versions. I there recommend you download and install the latest version of the skin  Follow the instructions in that post to install and use it.

Lack of pictures in the Report was due to not having IrfanView installed on your PC. This is used to create thumbnail images of your pictures to improvve download times for visitors. I recommend you install Irfanview (freeware). However the later skins will still include images in the report when Irfanview is not installed  but they will be the full original images simply resized by the browser, therefore the download overhead remains.
