Hi,

Please note below one of the messages I have been receiving while trying to update two of my family trees.

The Wilson-O'Connor and also The O'Keefe-Archer Trees

I would greatly appreciate any help in solving this problem.

I tried a couple of times last night and several times today - but no luck.

After completing the HTML report, GenoPro will attempt to display the report in a web browser. This error occurs when GenoPro is unable to launch your default web browser, probably because of an incorrect browser configuration.  It is no big deal, you can always copy & paste the URL in your default browser.

By the way, what is your default web browser?

Thankyou for your quick response.

I checked my default browser, which I thought was Internet Explorer but for some unknown reason it was no longer my default.

I reset this and the updates are working again.
