Please do not make duplicate posts.
In this case it appears that VBScript is not installed correctly on your system. See post Error message 8002801D generating report for a similar case. Find the correct version of Windows Scripting for your O/S from the Microsoft Windows download center and install it.

A search of this forum for the terms 'line' and 691 reveals that this error can occur if any of your pictures have filenames without a '.' in them. Normally pictures will be in JPEG format and will have .jpg at the end of their filenames. Please check the filenames of your pictures using GenoPro's Table Layout - Pictures.
I am not sure but maybe I corrected this error in the Latest version of the narrative report.
