The new update has already a built-in merge option. When a collaboration project is created, GenoPro sends the changes (delta) to the server, merge them, and send back to the client any delta to be merged to the local copy. GenoPro also has a checksum mechanism to make sure there are no missing (out of sync) items. We have been working for many months on this feature.
